The Zymè's "Il Bianco From Black to White" is made with 60% Rondinella Bianca, 15% Gold Traminer, 15% Kerner, 10% Incrocio Manzoni. The name is related to a natural genetic mutation suffered by the Rondinella lives that has gone from being a red grapes to be a white grapes.
