Napa Valley was the first AVA established in California and remains its most prestigious. Cradled between the Mayacamas and Vaca Mountain ranges, the valley extends 30 miles in length with an enormous diversity of soils, aspects and microclimates shaping the terroir. Deep loamy soils on the valley floor give way to shallow and rocky mountain slopes, and volcanic tufa where seismic activity once coated the region in ash. Coupled with the wide range of elevations, slopes, and exposures, this diversity creates thousands of unique growing conditions and possibilities.

Fait-Main’s Napa Valley AVA Cabernet is assembled with fruit from all of Fait-Main’s acclaimed single-vineyard sources, in addition to several other esteemed and up-and-coming vineyards that will become single-vineyard expressions in time.
