Founded by Thomas Pastuszak just a few years ago, with the goal of showcasing how diverse the Finger Lakes region of New York can be, Empire State highlights the Riesling grape, with fruit sourced from various vineyard sites to create a textured, layered bottle. The 2019 is vinified bone dry, full of green apple, mineral, and citrus-driven flavors. Zesty, lime-tinged acidity gives way to a lasting, thirst-quenching finish.
