Sustainably-farmed; 100% Picpoul de Pinet from Languedoc in coastal southern France. Domaine Font Mars' Picpoul is crisp and refreshing with bright fruit flavors and a pleasant minerality. Traditionally paired with shellfish and seafood, it's also superb on its own as an aperitif or with other white wine fare. Although many Picpouls are made at large cooperatives, Domaine Font Mars continues to grow their own grapes and produce and bottle their wines at the family estate as they have done for generations. (The dinosaurs pictured in the crest on the label pay tribute to the many fossilized dinosaur eggs discovered on the the estate.)
