Ripiddu is a "volcanic" wine from all points of view, produced on the northern slope of Etna and with an inimitable flavour.

With an intense ruby red color, the production of this wine follows maceration on the skins for 12-15 days at a controlled temperature and aging in stainless steel tanks. It conquers the palate at the first sip, an elegant red that is pleasantly tannic and dry.

A wine with an Etna flavor and character that is always well appreciated by lovers of Sicilian wines, excellent to serve as an accompaniment to meat-based dishes, roasts, cold cuts and not too mature cheeses.
